• Account: email and password. The password is stored only as an irreversible hash — we cannot see it.
• Reading form — what you enter yourself when creating a reading: your name or how to address you; date of birth — only to determine your zodiac sign (we do not ask for the time or place of birth); the topic, your question, additional context and what you would like to understand; whether you choose the astrology bonus.
• Another person's data — only if you add it yourself for a relationship reading: name or how to address them, gender, date of birth (optional), relationship status and what the question should focus on. Enter another person's data only if you are entitled to share it, and only as much as needed.
• Readings: the cards drawn, the zodiac signs derived from dates of birth, the interpretation text, the language the reading was created in (Russian, English or Hebrew), saved translations of the interpretation into other languages, the creation date and status.
• Purchases: which reading was bought, when, the payment status and your right to the reading. For in-app purchases — Google Play purchase data (purchase identifier, Google order number and its status). We do not receive or store bank card details.
• Support requests: the subject, your message and our reply — including reports about the content of an interpretation.
• Technical data: IP address, browser or device type, session and CSRF-protection cookies, server request logs (address, time and result of a request — without passwords or cookie contents). In the app, session data is stored on your device in encrypted form.

What we do not do: we do not use advertising identifiers or third-party analytics, advertising or tracking services, and we do not request location, contacts, camera or microphone access.

• registration, sign-in and account security;
• creating readings, generating interpretations and translating them into the language you choose;
• keeping track of purchases and readings already used;
• answering requests and reviewing reports;
• protecting the service from abuse and fixing errors and failures.

We do not use your data for advertising and we do not sell it.

The interpretation text is generated automatically by an artificial intelligence model — based on the cards drawn, our card-meaning knowledge base and the data you entered in the form. If you open a reading in another language, the saved interpretation is translated once by the same model and the translation is saved with the reading; the original is not changed.

An interpretation is a symbolic reading (see the Terms of Use), not the opinion of a professional. If an answer seems inappropriate, offensive or wrong to you, report it with the “Report this answer” button on the reading screen or write to us by email.

We share data only with the processors the service cannot work without:

• OpenAI (USA) — generates and translates interpretations. For generation we send the question, context, form data (name, date of birth, zodiac sign), the other person's data if you entered it, and the cards drawn; for translation — the text of the finished interpretation. Your email, password and payment data are not sent. OpenAI processes this data under its API terms: by default, data sent through the API is not used to train models (we have not enabled such use), and abuse-monitoring logs may be kept by OpenAI for up to 30 days. • Google (Google Play) — processes in-app purchases. We receive purchase details from Google to verify the purchase and unlock the reading.
• Tranzila — processes payments on the website. You enter card details on the provider's side; they never reach us.
• Hosting — the servers running the service are located in Germany (hosting provider netcup GmbH).

We may also disclose data where the law or a binding decision of a court or competent authority expressly requires it. If the list of processors changes, we will update this page.

The service's server is located in Germany (EU), and some processors (OpenAI, Google) are outside Israel, including in the USA. Data is transferred only to the extent described above and under these providers' terms.

Account data and reading history are kept while your account is active or until you delete the readings yourself. After an account is deleted we delete or anonymise the related personal data, except payment records that must be kept by law (for example, for accounting). Technical logs are kept for a limited time — no longer than 30 days.

The connection to the server is always encrypted (HTTPS/TLS), passwords are stored only as hashes, and access to data is restricted. Like any online service we cannot guarantee absolute protection, but we keep the risk to a minimum and respond promptly to incidents.

At any time you can:

• find out what data we hold about you and get a copy of it;
• correct inaccurate data;
• delete your account and the related data;
• withdraw your consent and object to processing.

Write to support.tainaarkanov@gmail.com from your account's email address. We will reply within 30 days. You may also contact the Israeli Privacy Protection Authority or the supervisory authority of your country.

You can request deletion on https://tainaarkanov.com/delete-account or in the app: “My account” → “Delete account”. The account, form data, the other person's data and the whole reading history with interpretations and translations are deleted.

You can also delete readings without deleting your account — one at a time or the whole history at once, in the app: “History” → “⋮” → “Delete reading” or “Clear history”. The question, cards, form data, the other person's data and the interpretation of a deleted reading are erased immediately; only a service record without content (reading type, language, dates) linked to the purchase remains. The service is intended only for people aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect data from minors; if you learn that an account was created by someone under 18, let us know and we will delete it.

When the policy changes we update the date at the top of this page. We will announce material changes in advance on the website or in the app.
